New York attack: Footage shows terror suspect Sayfullo Saipov running through Manhattan's streets before being shot

Footage has emerged of the suspected New York terror attacker running through Manhattan's streets, just moments after a truck ploughed into people on a cycle lane. Footage recorded by a bystander appears to show Saipov brandishing a gun as he weaves through traffic just moments after the incident. Officials later said he was carrying pellet and paintball guns.
