Cambodia charges foreigners after pornographic dance arrests
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — Cambodian prosecutors charged 10 foreigners Sunday with producing pornographic pictures after they were arrested at a party in Siem Reap town, near the country's famed Angkor Wat temple complex.
