Pennsylvania GOP Wants Gerrymander Order Tossed Over Democratic Justice’s Words

Pennsylvania Republicans moved Friday to vacate the state Supreme Court’s decision striking down the state’s congressional map on the grounds that one Democratic justice should have been disqualified from voting in the case.
