Putin and Abe discuss Kuril Islands, WWII peace treaty

MOSCOW (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe met in Moscow on Saturday for talks that included resolving a dispute over four Pacific islands and eventually signing a peace treaty.
