By Maggie Fick ADDIS ABABA (Reuters) - Ethiopia has passed a law that grants amnesty to political prisoners who have been released recently and reverses decades of security-obsessed rule. Security forces also killed hundreds to quell protests against economic mismanagement, inequality and repression.
