PYONGYANG, North Korea (AP) — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel — both hoping to get out from under U.S. economic sanctions — have agreed to expand and strengthen their strategic relations, North Korea's state media reported Monday.
