Libyan army commander orders forces to march on Tripoli

BENGHAZI, Libya (AP) — Libyan army commander Khalifa Hifter on Thursday ordered his forces to march on Tripoli, the capital of the U.N.-backed government, sparking fears of a major showdown with rival militias.
