Texas governor says 'mistakes were made' in a fundraising mailer that contained anti-illegal immigration rhetoric

Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott said this week "mistakes were made" regarding a fundraising letter that contained anti-illegal immigration rhetoric and which was sent out a day before the mass shooting in El Paso earlier this month.
